1. గురించి – About Our Wallet

Vijaylife wallet ఒక prepaid digital wallet. మీరు UPI, net banking లేదా other payment methods ద్వారా money add చేయవచ్చు. ఈ wallet balance government job application fees, premium features కోసం use చేయవచ్చు.

💡 Wallet balance cash గా withdraw చేయలేరు – ఇది platform credits మాత్రమే. Refunds original payment source కు process అవుతాయి.
2. Refund Eligible Cases

కింది situations లో మీకు full refund లభిస్తుంది:

  • Failed Transaction: Payment deducted కానీ wallet credit కాలేదు
  • Double Charge: Same transaction కు రెండుసార్లు amount deducted అయింది
  • Technical Error: Server error లేదా payment gateway issue వల్ల incorrect charge
  • Service Unavailability: Vijaylife server down వల్ల paid service use చేయలేకపోయారు
✅ Eligible refund requests మేము 3–7 business days లో process చేస్తాము. Amount original payment source (UPI/bank account) కు return అవుతుంది.
3. Non-Refundable Cases

కింది situations లో refund applicable కాదు:

  • Wallet successfully credited అయిన తర్వాత – change of mind refund లేదు
  • Wallet balance already use చేసిన తర్వాత
  • Terms & Conditions violate చేసి account banned అయినప్పుడు
  • Wrong amount intentionally add చేసినప్పుడు
  • Promotional/bonus credits – ఇవి refundable కాదు
  • Government recruitment process related fees (official application fee) – ఇవి government portal కు directly గెళ్తాయి
⚠️ Vijaylife wallet balance ఒకసారి successfully credit అయిన తర్వాత refund claim చేయలేరు. Payment చేసే ముందు carefully confirm చేయండి.
4. Refund Request Process

Refund claim చేయడానికి కింది steps follow చేయండి:

Step 1 – Contact చేయండి
support@vijaylife.com కు email పంపండి లేదా +91 8886088142 కు WhatsApp/call చేయండి. Issue జరిగిన 48 గంటల్లో contact చేయండి.
Step 2 – Details Provide చేయండి
Transaction ID, payment date, amount, payment method (UPI/bank), screenshot ఉంటే attach చేయండి. Registered email/phone తో contact చేయండి.
Step 3 – Verification
మా team 24–48 hours లో మీ claim verify చేస్తుంది. Additional information అవసరమైతే request చేయవచ్చు.
Step 4 – Approval & Processing
Claim eligible అయితే 3–7 business days లో original payment source కు refund process అవుతుంది. Confirmation email వస్తుంది.
5. Refund Method

Refunds మీ original payment method కు process అవుతాయి:

  • UPI Payment: Same UPI ID కు 3–5 business days
  • Net Banking: Same bank account కు 5–7 business days
  • Debit/Credit Card: Same card కు 5–10 business days

Vijaylife secure, trusted payment gateways use చేస్తుంది. Payment processing సమయంలో:

  • మీ card/UPI details Vijaylife servers లో store కావు
  • All transactions SSL encrypted connection ద్వारा secure
  • Payment gateway failures వల్ల issues జరిగితే automatically refund initiate అవుతుంది
  • Transaction ID note చేసుకోండి – future reference కు useful
